At A32N we respect your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

A32N is an independent IPTV access service operated from Puerto Rico. For privacy questions, email a32ntv@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

We only collect what's needed to deliver the service:

Contact info: name or nickname, WhatsApp number, email, Messenger ID (PSID).
Payment info: payment method used, amount, transaction reference. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Service info: current plan, start and expiration dates, assigned IPTV credentials.
Site analytics: approximate IP, browser, pages visited, via Google Analytics 4.
Conversations: messages exchanged via Messenger or email are stored for support history.

3. How we use your data

Activate and maintain your service access.
Send you credentials, expiration reminders, and support.
Process payments and verify receipt.
Improve the site and understand traffic patterns.
Prevent fraud and abuse.

4. Who we share with

Your data is NOT sold. We share the minimum necessary with:

Meta Platforms (Facebook/Messenger): when you contact us via Messenger. Meta's privacy policy applies.
Payment processors (Zelle, PayPal, ATH Móvil, crypto exchanges): only amount and reference per the method you pick.
Google Analytics: anonymized visit stats.
The Movie Database (TMDB): we use their API for movie posters — we do not share your data with them.
Anthropic Claude: messages you send via Messenger may be processed by their AI model to draft replies. Not used for training.

5. Automated assistant (bot)

Initial Messenger replies are AI-drafted and reviewed by a human before sending. The AI uses conversation content solely to generate the reply and keep context. It does not use your data for any purpose unrelated to the service.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand site traffic. You can disable them in your browser settings. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Storage and security

Your data lives in a database on a private server in Europe (Contabo). We apply security best practices: site-wide HTTPS, admin panel authentication, daily encrypted backups.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while you're an active customer and up to 12 months after cancellation for accounting and support. Then it's deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

You can request at any time:

Access to the data we hold about you.
Correction of incorrect data.
Deletion of your account and associated data.
Export of your data in a readable format.

10. Minors

This service is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we change the date above. For significant changes, we'll notify you via Messenger or email.
