Welcome to A32N. By using the service you accept these terms. Please read them.

1. What A32N is

A32N is an IPTV access reseller. We provide credentials to connect to a server where live TV channels, movies, and series are streamed. We do not produce content — we're an independent reseller.

2. Account and credentials

Credentials (username, password, server URL) are personal and non-transferable.
Don't publish, sell, or share them with third parties. If you do, we may suspend access without refund.
You can use your account on up to 3 simultaneous devices.

3. Plans and payments

We offer monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans. Current pricing at a32n.com/en/#plans.
We accept: Zelle, ATH Móvil, PayPal, card, and cryptocurrencies (with 5% discount).
Payments are NOT recurring — you decide when to renew. We notify you before your plan expires.
Access activates after payment confirmation — usually within 10 minutes.

4. Refunds

After credentials are delivered, no refunds. If your access doesn't work from day 1, message us within 24 hours and we'll fix it or refund. After that, we'll help with support but no refunds.

5. Free trial

The 2-hour trial is free, no card, no strings attached. One per person.

6. Service availability

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages may happen for maintenance, upstream provider failures, or channel availability changes. For extended outages (>24h) we'll compensate with extra time.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

Redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell content.
Run more than 3 simultaneous devices.
Any activity illegal in your jurisdiction.

8. Content and copyright

Available content is provided by third parties. A32N does not own or control copyright of broadcast content. You are responsible for complying with TV/streaming laws in your country. If you're a rights holder and believe a channel infringes your rights, email a32ntv@gmail.com.

9. Limitation of liability

Service is provided "as is". A32N is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or any damages exceeding what you paid for the last service period.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access without notice if we detect fraud, credential sharing, support abuse, or any term violation. You can cancel anytime by simply not renewing.

11. Changes to terms

If we modify these terms we change the date above. Significant changes are notified via Messenger or email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, USA. Any dispute resolves in San Juan, Puerto Rico courts.
